All prices in the webshop are quoted in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. You can pay by iDEAL, PayPal or credit card. For shipping within the Netherlands you pay € 1.99 in advance. For shipping within Europe the rate is € 20, outside Europe you pay € 20 in advance.
Shipping method
Orders are shipped within 2 working days and delivered by PostNL to the address you have given. We are not responsible for delays caused by our carrier. On the day the parcel is handed over to PostNL you will receive an email containing the tracking details of your parcel. Once a parcel has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
Returns
Of course it is possible to return ordered items, provided they are unused and intact. For a return request you can get in touch via office@just-dutch.com. We will be happy to help you and provide you with the information you need. After our confirmation you can return the goods to us within 14 days at the address below. We kindly ask you to include your order number with the return parcel so that we can link the return to your order. As soon as we have received the return, we will make sure the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 5 working days. If the complete order is returned, you will also get the shipping costs back.
