Products
We sell handmade products from the brand Just Dutch. Our range consists of crocheted Miffy soft toys, matching clothes and accessories, key rings and wooden toys. The range may vary.
Registration
You can register in order to place an order. Your details must be correct and up to date. We protect your data carefully; see our privacy statement on the website. Use a secure password and do not share it with others. You are responsible yourself for activities that take place with your account.
Payments
All prices in the webshop are quoted in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. You can pay by iDEAL, PayPal or credit card. In the event of late payment we may suspend or cancel your order.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you have given. Orders are shipped within 2 working days. Shipping is handled by PostNL; we are not responsible for delays caused by our carrier. On the day the parcel is shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking details of your parcel. Once a parcel has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
Return
Register your return by emailing office@just-dutch.com. You may send an order back to our address within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused. Once we have received it, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of our products, except in the case of intent or negligence on our part. Any compensation is at most equal to the amount of the product concerned.
Intellectual property rights
All texts, photos, designs and other content on our website are the property of Just Dutch bv. You may not copy or use them without our permission.

We respond within 2 working days and will look for a solution together with you.
