We apologize if you have any complaints about our services. We kindly ask you to send your complaint to our customer contact department. You can send it by email, regular mail or by telephone. Our employees in the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve it.
We will send you a confirmation if we have received your complaint. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it requires more time, we will notify you.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the department of mediation of the foundation Webshop Keurmerk where Just Dutch is connected. If the mediation effort does not lead to a satisfactory solution for any reason, then there is the possibility of submitting your dispute to the Geschillencommissie (SGC).
